GA & FORMALITIES OFFICER
Requirement: :
- D3 / S1 from any discipline
- Hard working, achiever, loyal
- 2 years in the similar position
- Computer literate, preferably good command of English, good knowledge on administration.
- Hard working, honest, organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administering office stationers/supplies/equipments including typing/issuing purchase requisition, purchase order and follow-up delivery.
- Stock taking on office stationers/supplies equipments etc.
- Administering/typing/updating company fixed assets.
- Supervise administration helper, messengers/office boys and fax operators.
- Arranging & issuing ticketing upon request for business travel.
- Arranging accommodation, transportation according to business travel request .
- Recording and monitoring business travel arrangement and issuing monthly report
- Checking travels invoice comply with Company request.
- Recording & Updating Company’s asset (Vehicle, computers) insurance.
- To process visa, passport renewal etc.
- Process expatriates formalities.
